Hello, I have couple of questions here.
1. Do anyone has idea on when ArcGIS Map version 4.x will be released with toolbar compoments?
2. Currently I am working on AngularJS 4.0, so if I move back to ArcGIs 3.x does it will be compatible with Angular 2?
