We have configured ArcGIS Portal as well federated with ArcGIS Server 10.5.
However while publishing the service with the help of ArcGIS Pro we are getting error like "Stagging error" and also observed few times "publish Web layer" option has been disabled .
we have followed below steps for publishiung the services.
1) Registerd as versioned the Geo database.
2) Register the database in ArcGIS Server
3) ArcGIS Server as well Portal Version is 10.5 and Pro Version is 1.4
4) Able to pulish same data in ArcGIS server without portal.
So kindly provide me the soultion. How to proceed further
