Black box around distress style @Survey123

Since I've updated the March update of Survey123, if i have set 'distress' as question style of my previous uploaded surveys, they appear to have a black box around it. The same issue occurs even if i have used the new survey123 Connect template in uploading the question. Is there a way around it?

This is a known issue with Survey123 on iOS devices.

We are also seeing it on Android (Samsung devices) now. It started happening after we updated the Survey123 app from 2.0.56 to 2.1.6.
