How to calculate correlation between habitat and morphometric parameters of DEM

How to calculate correlation between habitat and morphometric parameters of DEM (aspect, slope, curvature). I have map of real habitats (mapping in field) and I want to determine spatial correlation (relation) between vegetation units and DEM factors.  Which methods can I use? Which tools can I use in ArcMap?

You will be looking for association and you can use the Spatial Analyst's Combine function once you have reclassed your data to a nominal scale.

Thank you for your response. I will try to use Combine function and then evaluate it in contigency table (Excel). I just need to calculate the spatial correlation.
