Error 1935 with ArcGis10.5 on windows 10

Hello everyone,

so I'm still stuck with installing 10.5 on a Windows 10 computer. I get the Error 1935: An error occurred during the installation of assembly component {74FD3CE6-2A8D-0E9C-A01F-C8B3B9A1E18E} HRESULT: 0x80070002.

Does anyone know what to do and how to fix it? I have found a thread but I'm not sure if that is the same problem. http://support.esri.com/technical-article/000013211

First, ensure that there is no failed Windows updates. If there is any, resolve the issue with the Windows updates and retry installing ArcGIS Desktop. 

Else you could give the steps in the link (in your question) a try.
