Raster layers do not display in maps used in story maps. Any recommendation?

I have created a story map that includes several maps hosted in AOL and produced in ArcPro. I am having problems with the maps that have a raster layer. Basically, other members of my organization cannot see the raster layer, but they see the layer that contains states (polygon layer).

Here is a picture of what I see in the story map:

In story maps, the map shows as shared with the organization. Any recommendations to ensure that other members can see this raster layer (an eventually the general public)? Thank you!

Is it possible to share a public link to the app, you can send me a private message with link? I suspect there may be something else happening besides sharing? You can first test with your coworker to see if sharing publicly makes it work.

Thank you ofor your response. I think I have just figured out what is

happening. As I include maps in a story map, ESRI story maps usually asks

to "fix" sharing issues and it takes care of this if you allow it to fix

it. When the maps are just composed by polygon (lines and points) layers,

the software fixing feature takes care of any sharing issues. But when the

map contains a raster layer, the raster layer sharing properties are not

changed by ESRI's fixing feature in Story Maps. The solution is to make

sure I am sharing all map related layers manually in my ESRI account

(especially the raster ones).

I hope that if anyone has the same problem, this will help.
