Is this still disable pop up for story map tour? If still disabled, is there any other story map that is similar story map tour plus pop up? There is a project I am working on. Please advise ASAP. Thank you.
No there is not guide for this specific change, it is developer customization. After you make the change, you will also need a server to host the code. We chose to disable popups for these type of stories because in most cases they confuse the user experience for the end viewer. They also do not interact well with the custom popups we've added.
