Constistent Color acrsoss maps

I  have about 20 layers in my map document and I'd like to autamatically assign color values to them quickly - such that when I make the same kind of map again I use the same 20 colors in the same order without having to manually change them. Is that Possible?

If you have a constant attribute that you are basing the symbology on - you could create a layer file and then import the symbology for each one
