Is it possible to do a space-time analysis using polygon/aereal data in arcgis?

Hi
I have polygon data for three different crimes in a city on a monthly basis (36 months in total).
I would like to see if these crimes cluster in space AND time.
Is it possible to do this kind of analysis in ArcGIS? I've been trying to do it in Geoda or CAST, but there are no tutorials addressing this specific question.
Any guidance is much appreciated.

Although, I haven't used it but, if you have the crime incidents in points, you could Create Space Time Cube.

Thank you for responding.

Unfortunately I don't have crime incident data.
I only have crimes aggregated at the polygon level.

Your only option is to do a polygon overlay analysis.  This could be accompanied by conversion to raster, then using a cell statistics or similar operation to get a count of occurrence of the frequency a location has remained the same/changed over time.  Any approach will be generally unsatisfactory if the polygon boundaries remain fixed during the intervening time periods.  You may obtain more useful results if you simply map change at the polygon level over time it you want to show variations in the rates in the intervening periods.
