Where should I post a GIS RFP? Any site recommendations?

We are a small four-year institution that is beginning the GIS for Facilities Process. The first step is to get some CAD data transformed into a "user friendly" format (it's mostly flat right now  ). 

Any recommendations as to where to post an RFP for a smallish GIS Project?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
