I want to make a chloropleth map of US counties. 1) Can you make chloropleth maps using ARCgis Online, or only in the desktop version? 2) Can you put other layers (e.g. railroads & waterways) on top of the chloropleth layer?

Hi Hans,

Yes you can do the things you would like to do in ArcGIS Online‌. Can you give more details as to how you want to use a choropleth map in AGOL?

Found a guide for creating Choropleth Map in ArcGIS Online http://cgge.aag.org/Migration1e/CaseStudy6_Japan_Feb13/ArcGIS_Online_Guide.pdf . A few functionalities could have changed since then.



Think Location
