Good Day ESRI Community,
What is the proper procedure to run Skyline visibility tool from 3D Analyst. My test is a small, rugged area from NED datum and a single 3D observation point on the surface within a valley. My input for the Skyline (3D Analyst) in ArcPro is:
Observation point is a 3D Point object with X,Y,Z fields.
ArcGIS World Elevation Terrain
https://elevation.arcgis.com/arcgis/services/WorldElevation/Terrain/ImageServer
1 km horizontal radius
All other defaults remain.
The function produces an empty Skyline table?
