I have a survey plat where I need to enter some COGO values for an easement boundary, but I am having trouble figuring out what the abbreviations in the plat mean and what to enter them in COGO as.

The values in the plat are:

A = 8.43

^c = 20-36-35

Rc = 23.44'

I've attached a screenshot of the actual plat map.

Thanks!

Hi Blake,

In case you haven't got the answer yet:

A = is the arc length (8.43) in feet

^c = is the angle of the curve (20-36-35) degrees-minutes-seconds

Rc = is the arc radius (23.44') in feet

 The two curves are tangent reverse curves.

Hope this helps,

Emilio
