The next ArcGIS Online update is targeted for September 19, 2017.

While no significant user interface enhancements are planned, our goal is to provide new functionality in areas such as:

  • Map Viewer – clustering for point layers as an option for smart mapping visualizations.
  • Scene Viewer – stylize point cloud layers and support for OGC WMS layers.
  • Content – more international support in vector basemaps, demographic updates in several regions and sub-meter resolution of imagery for the United States and Western Europe.
  • Application Templates - several updates and improvements.

We also plan to include bug fixes to ensure we continue to provide you with high-quality software. Please note that all planned updates are subject to change. We will provide a comprehensive list of implemented changes in our upcoming What's New email and blog.

Only ArcGIS Online administrators and those who have requested receive notification emails so please share this with other ArcGIS Online users in your organization so they can stay informed as well. They can also opt in to receive notification emails.

Thanks,

The ArcGIS Online Team
