Just purchased the single use license and installed , authorized it but I am unable to use the software as on the startup screen it says, this is not a named user license. Any help ?

Kushal - I recommend you contact Esri Support Services at +1-888-377-4575  to assist you with licensing.  They should be able to resolve this quickly for you.
