Very sorry about the issue. We believe this is the result of an issue we noticed late last week and have now fixed that resulted in the loss of some uploaded images, Shortlists that were affected unfortunately lost those images. But you should be able to upload images back into your Shortlist for those places that lost images. It's not a great solution but it should work OK.
