When attempting to move vertices with the edit tool after saving edits, an error pops up saying:
"Modify Feature: An unexpected failure occurred.
The database engine could not lock table 'DELTA_Parcels_SHAPE_Index'
because it is already in use by another person or process."
It will give the error for every other feature class in the geodatabase, as well.
This happens even when there are no other users "touching" the data and is in the ArcGIS 10 environment.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Thoughts? Recommendations? Thanks!
