I'm having some issues with the new ArcGIS Server 10.1 pre-release. I've setup the web adaptor on the same machine as my GIS server and have setup a couple of GP services, but they don't work correctly.

For example this GP service here:

http://remote.splicegroup.co.nz/arcgis/rest/services/SpliceGroup/ExportAdvancedMap/GPServer/Create Map

I
t executes fine, but the output directory is still referencing the GIS server:

http://vm-srv103.splice.local:6080/arcgis/rest/directories/arcgisjobs/splicegroup/exportadvancedmap_gpserver/jdede7df505954438a47df501cd92f287/scratch/map.pdf
This GIS server is internal only, so that address won't be found from outside the network, but anyway it should be

http://remote.splicegroup.co.nz/arcgis/rest/directories/arcgisjobs/splicegroup/exportadvancedmap_gpserver/jdede7df505954438a47df501cd92f287/scratch/map.pdf

In ArcGIS Server 10.0 I could go into the server properties and change the virtual output directory to remote.splicegroup.co.nz, but I can't do this anymore in ArcGIS Server 10.1, just wondering how I can set this up now?
