We use Navteq data for our streets. However, we do make some of our own changes to the data, so it could be our problem or Navteq's problem. Also, we might not have the latest updates from Navteq integrated into our basemaps. Typically, there is a bit of a lag until we can update our services.
What I'd suggest is go to www.navteq.com and check out their Map Reporter. Look at the area you're interested in. If you see the same problem, you can report it directly to them. If Navteq is correct, then you can report it to us through this item:
Is NAVTEQ also used for your center line data, such as the Closest Facility Service?
Jeff - yes they also use NAVTEQ data for those services.
The geocoders here are created using NAVTEQ 2010 Q4 data so I believe it is safe to assume their routing services are also using NAVTEQ data.
