HELP ME :) ArcGIS Explorer + Vista Home 32Bit

I have tried several times to install and run ArcGIS Explorer on my laptop and the closest I get is the ESRI Splash Screen and Frame for Explorer and it falls down Dead. Is there a log file that tracks the cause of death ?

Here is my configuration.... Any and all help appreciated.


1- I have;
Microsoft .NET 3.5 SP1 and .NET 4
JAVA 6 Update 7 and 31
MSXML 4.0 SP2 Parser and SDK
Current Drivers for Video Card

2- I have tried
Current Build and past builds
Online Version works fine

3- I have run the Can you Run it test - Results below

Os is Vista Home Dition 32 Bit
PC is Dell Inpriron
