I am trying to add a JPG picture to a feature class to eventually be published as a feature service. I have already created a raster field to hold the picture and I can load the image into the field, but when I try to save my edits I get the following error:
Unable to save edits. Error stopping an edit session with save edits. [filename] An invalid SQL statement was used. [fras_blk_filename] An invalid SQL statement was used. [SELECT * FROM fras_blk_filename WHERE rasterbnd_id in ()]
I never set up such a statement so I have to assume it's some kind of internal error. What am I doing wrong?
I also have this same problem when attempting to save an edit session using ArcMap 10.1. I too have a raster field designated for photos within my database. The saving edits problem started when I converted my original personal GDB into a file GDB. Once I converted the database back to a personal GDB, however, I was able to edit with no problems. I assume this is a problem behind the scenes with the file GDB.
