Deleting orphaned points?

I have heard about a tool that will remove orphaned points from my fabric dataset. Where can I find this tool and how does it work?

If you right click on the Parcel Fabric in Catalog, you will see a list options. One is to check for fabric errors and then the one below that to delete inconsistent records.
How it works? I don't know. I have yet to try it, I am afraid of what it might delete.
We have been getting excessive amounts of line errors while deleting parcel and using the Create from Remainder tools.
Let me know if you try it and what the results are.

I will give it a try on a copy of my fabric next week and let you know what I find. Also, I thought I heard there was an add-in that is literally called "Delete Orphan Points." If anyone has info. on this tool let me know.
