Hi everyone,
I am trying to publish my map services onto ArcGIS online from my services directory but I'm getting an error message "Layer xxxxx in not responding. Still trying" and after a few minutes I get the "Layer xxx can not be published".
I tried to publish very simple services with 1 layer to check if the problem was services' complexity but it doesn't work either.
Any ideas of what is happening?
