I think its not possible but you can try WebGL using City engine.

Is there any official release date for this yet...at least a public beta? Has there been any announcement at the recent Dev Summit? At the Europe one back in November, it was announced a public beta will be out by the main Dev Summit in Palm Springs, with a final release in the summer.

Can't see anything on the Beta Community site, except that JavaScript based ArcGIS WebApp Builder which will be available for public beta by the end of the week.

ANYONE?! There must be at least someone from Esri watching these forums that have an answer to this.

Also, the WebApp Builder was supposed to be released for public Beta on Friday, but it is still not accessible.

this isn't js 3d Esri but you can fun with webgl 3d framework. I have made a very easy test sample with leaftlet/webgl.
