I can't seem to publish any services on a new install of 10.2
Getting the basic item metadata 1360 problem. I'm assuming it's permissions related.
The server's site is on a unc address with full share and security read right to the arcgis server account. ie. I've browsed into the UNC address with the domain account and was able to create files.
I've even tried creating to local accounts with same password and sharing that way.
There is no security enabled within arcgis server.
What am I missing? Something obvious I'm sure.
