I've been successful at adding our AGOL organization map services to ArcExplorer. However I'm unable to identify or spatial query layers from these maps. The query tools are "dimmed" out and not available. When I click on a feature to identify, the cursor icon spins a seconds and then nothing happens. I've also tried to specify popup content to display in a popup window - nothing works. Are feature map services required? Can identify and query work on image services?
