Map service for wind speed/direction (live)?

Does anyone know of a map service for wind speed and direction that is live (and works!)?  The services that come up on ArcGIS Online don't seem to be updating.

Is it possible to integrate the earth.nullschool data into esri web apps for a live weather app?
