Not sure if you have sorted this out yet, but I came across your question through the 'more like this' link to the right.
Have you looked into the python scripts for the different tools? Below is a link to the scripts for 10.3 (there are similar script help pages for earlier versions that you can find from searching on the website.) Create some scripts for the services you would like to automate, then set up a scheduled task to run these scripts at a time convenient to you.
