Please months'm trying to solve this problem, if anyone can help me..
When I use the Edit Widget, some features are not being added on the map. Researched a lot in this forum but no attempt worked.
The server shows this messages in the log:

If I try to add by the Apply Edits, it shows up these message:

The big problem is that some features are adding, and some are not.
