Version 3.9 of the ArcGIS API for JavaScript was released on April 7th. See the blog post for details on 'What's New'.

Can you please post any patch files made to Dojo 1.9.1 (if any changes were made)?  These are really important for those of us that have to build a custom Dojo + JSAPI stack.

Or even better, manage changes to Dojo via cloned repos on GitHub, which we could then just use directly.

This link is still broken... Would be nice to have this fixed.
