Automated listing of Parcel Neighbors

Hi All,

I don't know if this has been asked already, but I want to know how to automatically list down neighboring parcels. And by neighbors I mean parcels sharing the same boundaries.

example:
p3 shares the same boundaries as p4, p2, p14, and p5
p7, shares the same boundaries with p4, p6 and p5
etc.

so in the attribute table it should look something like this (I inputed the values manually)




can this be done automatically in ArcGIS? the real data contains close to a thousand parcels.Any help would be appreciated

I'll also attach the sample shapefiles just in case someody wants to play with it
