In this Land Records Meetup we covered the following topics:

Join us for a discussion and demonstration of some strategies, workflows, and uses of the ArcGIS Platform that are being used to modernize the appraisal process. Often the appraisal process is very paper intensive, without much oversight, and lacking any tracking or metrics. The ArcGIS Platform enables organizations to create GIS driven workflows and simple focused applications that organize parcels, support desktop and field data collection, and provide real-time visualizations of the entire process.

This session will highlight:

  • Data organization, access, and sharing using ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Identities
  • Desktop reviews of property by integrating many imagery and property data sources.
  • Offline map capabilities of ArcGIS Runtime applications
  • Location awareness using the GeoEvent Processor extension
  • Job assignments using Workflow Manager for Server
  • Dashboards and citizen engagement maps

The ArcGIS Platform is modernizing the appraisal process in a way that is satisfying all core business patterns that identify a successful GIS: Data Management, Planning and Analysis, Location Awareness, Field Mobility, Operational Awareness, and Constituent Engagement.
