How to get user assigned to job in dashboard?

We just transitioned to Workflow Manager Server and we are looking to create a Dashboard to track status and productivity.  We are trying to find out how to get the user assigned for the jobs but don't see how we could access that information to show in the dashboard and also be able to use it as search/filter criteria.  There is a table that shows job progress and completion but how to identify and join the last user for each job???

I've been following up several of my issues with different sources, including Esri, but it looks like there are still important functionality missing or not that easy to access or implement.  So if you are planning or undergoing transitioning to server from classic double check your needs and requirements just to be sure.  In our experience there also some licensing changes that will have an impact in your implementation.

We managed to found some workarounds but still some way to go.
