I am being asked to provide some metrics about our ArcGIS Online usage to management. I am looking at the dashboards in my organization I need to be to explain to a non-technical person what some of these metrics mean. When looking at content, what counts as a view? Is it every time a user looks at an item or every time it is opened in a web map or an app? When I view total logins by app or member, how is a login defined? If I am looking at the usage of a hosted feature layer, what is a request? When looking at the usage for a map or dashboard, what counts as a view? I have tried accessing these various items and refreshing to see how the counts change but I don't see consistent actions producing consistent changes in some of the counts that would clarify some of these for me. I have a search widget configured to search a layers street address field. The widget is configured to take advantage of the full text index. There are entries in this layer for 1 Harvest Lane and 4 Harvest Ln, for example. If I type in '4 Harv', no results appear yet there is a 4 Harvest Ln in the data. If I type '1 Harv' I get one result for 11 Harvest Ln, as expected, but 1 Harvest Ln does not appear in the results but, again, it is in the data. What am I missing? Thanks.

Identify Users Outside My Organization · ‎09-21-2023

We have several contractors who have AGO Ids created by their organizations that I have invited to various groups within my organization. Right now, the only way I can keep track of these users, that I know of, is by keeping a separate list. I can identify those groups that have members from outside my organization which is a start but still lots of clicking and still requires me to keep a separate list. It would be nice to be able to create a report that shows just those individuals that are outside of my organization and what groups they belong to. Is there a way to do this?

That was the issue. I had the number "1" in my calculation cell. I deleted it, ran the analyzer, fixed my file and then added the 1 back into the file.

I am trying to use the Analyze survey tool in Survey123 Connect (v. 3.18.123). I get the following error when it is run: I have analyzed several other surveys without issue. What's going on? Thanks.

I am trying to do a simple point in polygon query in Survey123. Here is my calculation: pulldata("@layer","getValueAt","atttributes.WorkArea",${MyURL},${MyLocation}). I have another survey where the syntax matches the above exactly and it works in that survey. What am I doing wrong? I am running version 3.18.

Is anyone from the Field Maps team watching this thread? We continue to have this problem and our only fix is to have my field users come into the office so I can log in and out and clear out whatever is causing the issue. This can sometimes be an hour out of their day depending on where they are coming from. Knock on wood, it hasn't happened to the same user twice in a row. But it would be nice if it wasn't happening at all. It will be tough to troubleshoot I am sure as I am not out in the field and it only happens to our field workers.

I would make sure that the person that is logging in/out has is an admin of similar level user. I found that if I just had another user log in and out, it didn't work. I had to be the person to login/out to clear the problem.

I have the same issue. Resizing the window to a smaller size does make the map visible again but you are right, this isn't an ideal solution. My app is supposed to run on a desktop browser. These web apps used to work correctly on my laptop. They do operate correctly on my coworkers laptop which is more or less the same as mine.

Thanks for the update and help. The work around works fine. It's not a great solution but only from a display standpoint and it is relatively minor issue. But I know some of my end users will ask "why does the element at the bottom of the form say to ignore this element?" While you mentioned you can't provide a release date, this will be addressed at some point in the future?
