Hi Aaron, Yes, I tested with my DEV environment and got that error. Our PROD Utility Network has been working great with Arc Enterprise 10.7.x & Pro 2.4.x. Do you happen to know when ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8 is released? Thanks Aaron, -Hung Truong

Our gas Utility Network have been working great since in production, about a year ago. Not long ago I upgrade our network to 10.7.1 and ArcGIS Pro 2.4.3. Everything works perfectly fine until recently. I upgraded my ArcGIS Pro to 2.5. My Gas Utility Network is still 10.7.2, Portal & Server. I needed to do some configuration on my Utility Network, so I ran Disable Network Topology tool. I got the error as shown below. I rolled back to ArcPro 2.4.3 and run the same tool, everything works fine. I suspect this could be a bug. Have you seen/experienced this situation? Is Pro 2.5 supposed to work with Utility Network 10.8 and not 10.7.x? Let me know what you think? Thanks, Hung Truong AltaGas Utility Inc.

Hi Jonathan, I did everything you mentioned. Also, I removed the software and deleted anything related to Pro including registry entries. It still doesn't work for me. There's probably something wrong with my computer. I try it on my laptop and it works fine there. Thanks Hung Truong

Hi Kory, Great Article, thanks. I have a question. I have many users of ArcGIS Pro and in some cases their machines are damaged. There is no way to get into the damage machines. I can recover the licenses if I know UMN ID of the machines. I know how to get the UMN ID from Pro GUI. However, it's not efficient to go through each machine and get UMN ID from the GUI. Our IT like to automate getting UMN ID process. Is there a command line to get UMN ID? Thanks, -Vinh Hung Truong

Good Day, At this point in time, ESRI Portal for ArcGIS does not support subtype layers, so we are using query layer to publish our Gas Utility Network to Portal 10.6.1. The problem is that if we have all of the query layers (Device, Assembly, Line, Junction) in one map, all domain code descriptions do not show up, only the code values show up on the popups and attribute tables. However, if we separate those feature classes into different maps, e.g. Device in one map, Assembly in one map, and so on, and publish them, the domain code descriptions show up as expected, see attached. Is this a Portal bug? or am I missing something? Thanks

I cannot re-produce the error, the Apply Asset Package worked well for me. Here is my configuration: ArcGIS Pro 2.2.0 untools 2.2 ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1 Gas Asset Package (released June 25, I guess, the latest one) You may need to check the verion of untools you are using, make sure it is the version 2.2

ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1 has been released and available for download yesterday. You may want to upgrade your enterprise to 10.6.1 in order to use ArcGIS Pro 2.2.

Hi Vinay, Have you resolved your issue(s)? What I did to fix my issue was to rolled back ArcGIS Pro 2.1. You cannot publish UN to Portal 10.6 using ArcGIS Pro 2.2. Or just wait for a few weeks until ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1 release. I hope this helps. Hung Truong
