Hi,

I work in an AEC consultancy. In order to add clients to our apps we want to set up Project Delivery Subscription(s) (PDS) for the given projects. Our internal project consultants already have ArcGIS Online licensees on our company's main AGOL Org. Can they use this existing license to work on the PDS set up for a client project and what is the technical approach for this? Or do one consultant need to have multiple licensees - one for each PDS? This would be a large cost issue i the longer run.

Thanks.

Your internal project consultants can use their existing ArcGIS Online license to access the Project Delivery Subscription (PDS). To achieve this, create a group in the PDS and set the group to "allow external members". From the new group in the PDS, search for and invite the internal project consultant. The internal project consultant will need to make sure their profile is set to public and that they have permissions to join external groups.

To add an external user to your group, their user profile should be set to “publicly visible.” There are two ways in which you can change this setting, depending on the security needs of your Organization.

Follow Part 2 of this link to see the steps and screen shots that will guide you through the options.

Also follow Part 3 if you are adding Field Workers, Data Editors or Viewers to the group.

Could you describe how we achieve the last part "The internal project consultant will need to make sure their profile is set to public and that they have permissions to join external groups. "? Many thanks.
