Legend with Templates doesn't work with SP1

I'm folowing the "Legend with Templates" example" in Silverlight in ArcGIS 10. But after upgrdaing to SP1 that example code produces the following error.

Error 1 'LegendWithTemplates.MainPage.Legend' is a 'field' but is used like a 'type'

So how do you use the Templates now?

I guess it's a compilation error.

Which code line provides this error?
What do you mean by 'migrate to SP1'? is it the server?
