I am running a multiple machine setup and haved recently upgraded to 10.2.  After a reboot of one of my machines last night I can no longer access ArcGIS Server Manager (http://server:6080/arcgis/manager) on that machine.  The other machines are accessible through that link.

This is the error message I now get:

Has anyone seen this message when trying to access ArcGIS Server Manager?

How strange...

I'm getting the same error.  Let me know what you find out.

Are you sure you enter http://walte:6080/arcgis/manager/ as your URL? It seems as you have Portal for ArcGIS extension installed and you are trying to login into the Portal (the Portal login page is http://walte:6080/arcgis).

We are having the same issue.  When we go to upgrade to 10.2 it asks for the arcgis account password, which I have no clue what it is.  So I changed it and it screws everything up.

We tried creating a test instance, and it keeps saying we are not authorized once we finish the 10.2 upgrade.

We did not have portal installed.  I don't know what caused the problem but wiping that particular machine and reinstalling ArcGIS server seemed to fix the problem.  It was only happening on the one machine of our multi-machine setup.

Thanks for your suggestion though.
