Add color setting option to Window Close Options Section

Can't believe I have to explicitly ask for this but under the "Close Options" for a window, you can change the checkbox text and text size, but you cannot explicitly change its color. This is generally ok but if you use black as a background color for your window, the text for the checkbox disappears because it is black with no option to change it.

This "bug" exists elsewhere so I would expand this request to say that anywhere a user can alter text properties, they should also have the ability to change its color.
