I have been working on a list of all the best ways to create thematic groups of layers in Experience Builder and it occured to me that there are two technically simple options that could be added to OOTB widgets that would allow for instantly turning on or off groups of layers.
In the Map Layers Widget, add a option to turn on/off all layers in a Map Layers Widget with a single button. The latest Online update allows experience developers to organize thematic groups into separate Map Layers Widgets, so developers can split out their themes and then the users would be able to turn them on/off collectively. Please make the text for this option editable.
In the Bookmark Widget, add an option to make a bookmark that does not alter the current map extent. The Bookmark Widget contains an option to set the map layers, but the altering of the map extents when clicked makes it not a great option for this purpose.
While we are upgrading the Bookmark Widget, an option to create a bookmark that does not alter the map layers would be nice as well.
