Limiting Fields at the Data Tab level

I am working with multiple column data source I want to leave out PII (Name Phone Address) at the Data Tab level on the left. 

I thought there was a click on / off various layer option. Only getting SQL option which I am uncertain if I can limit fields?

@JeffFranzen1 Currently, there is no way to configure to limit specific fields inside Experience Builder settings. However, you can create some View Layer for the data in the AGOL setting site, to hide some columns:
