Service is not accessible due to security policy on the server

Hi,

I checked in help and found a suggestion telling me to add Clientaccesspolicy.xml to the wwwroot directory.  The clientaccesspolicy.xml I had copied from http://services.arcgisonline.com/clientaccesspolicy.xml.

But I still keep getting error "Service is not accessible due to security policy on the server" Any suggestions would be appreciated.
