Locations not found when trying to add excel data

Hi:
I have problem geocoding my excel adrress table.  I was able to do it a week ago and now even I used the same table, it gives me error Locations not found.  I use cell range.  Anyone had the same issue ? 

Attached is my Excel table, very simple one.

I have the same issue. A couple of days ago it worked (at least the world countries did). Now only Lat/Long works.
As if geocoding just doesn't work anymore.

Could this have to do with my trial of ArcGIS online? The trial began April 29th, but is only ending May 31st(which is more than 30 days). Perhaps the geocoding functionality stopped after the 30 days already (May 28th)?
