I'm just noticing a strange behavior with the Open Data Beta site..when I try to download one of my own, or another organization's dataset as a shapefile, the page redirects to a black screen with the error: "{"processingTime":"0 seconds","status":"Failed","error":{"message":"Export process failed","code":500,"timestamp":"2016-08-02T13:24:47.534Z"}}"
Ultimately I can still reach my data using the browser's back button and opening the My Data panel (then click Download Ready), but I hadn't seen the site behave this way and wondered if it's a logged issue.
just an fyi, I was able to download a filtered shape from my OpenData sight this morning. However, I have errors quite often for unknown reasons, so it may just be one of those things. But you might want to start a tech support ticket to determine if it is your data/site or a bug.
