claro theme not showing properly title and legend

Hello all!

I was using the code from this tutorial Build a web map using ArcGIS.com | Guide | ArcGIS API for JavaScript  - the only thing I changed was the ID to my public map, so I use ID=2238835174444ac081bc6881de191445

When running in browser (Firefox and Chrome) it does not show the legend and the title/subtitle properly (they are truncated) as per the image below

However, after I re-size the browser window and then maximize, it is shown properly

Any idea what is wrong here?

UPDATE: Actually neither the original sample code from the tutorial does not work, it has the same problem. I am using Tomcat to run my web app.

Hi Robert,

yes there is an error complaining that can not load layout.css, which according to the code is relative to the project,  but I do not have this file. Where can I get it?
