Problem sharing a feature service using 10.2 with arcgis online organizational accoun

Hello,
I have been trying to publish map services using 10.2 desktop following the instructions provided on the ESRI help sites (ie: File->share as-> service).  The process seems clear enough, I check and fix any errors and then select the "preview data" button in the dialog and everything looks fine.  I am able to upload the data and have no errors.  Then when I try and access the data in the online organizational account the feature service is completely empty!  Does anyone have any insight into this issue?

I have the same problem. There is URL

Hi Miroslav,

I could not reproduce this issue with your map. It returned 230 features and appears to render as expected.

Yes, I know. The problem was concerning with my basemap, which was not available from external server.
