I can't add CAD data to ArcGIS Pro 1.3

I recently updated to Pro 1.3 and now I cannot add in some CAD data in the form of DGN (from MicroStation). It works just fine in ArcMap (10.3.1) and I recalled that it worked in Pro 1.2. But now it's not working for most of my CAD data (though, some of them work).

I have attached one of my dgns for testing (I was able to open this in ArcGIS 10.3.1 (ArcCatalog and ArcMap) but not in Pro 1.3).

Did something go awry in the update to 1.3? Let me know if you have ideas.

I didn't think CAD data was supported in AGP 1.3

I take that back I just added some MicroStation DGN files to my project and they came in just fine DWG also worked nice.

Sounds like a install issue for sure

although I must admit it took me a minute

to figure out how to add the files. I could not get them into a new project

would not let me open the folder worked fine when I added it to a project

that already had data I was working on...

I'm sure I overlooked one of those panes.
