Is that a ProxyUrl parameter I can use with tools in the toolbar that are not geoprocessing tools? I am unable to pass a URL= <proxyURL>?<serviceURL> string through a IdentifyTask function in a tool. Is there some other way to do this? or set a AlwaysUseProxy method such as in javascript.
