Gregory,
The app
<http://nps.maps.arcgis.com/apps/MapTour/index.html?appid=154a98e7358f4835a1fe4ab1201c2e39>is
public, so you should be able to see it.
Since the FB links aren't usable, I tried another option, NP Focus, to
replace the photos that weren't displaying.
I have three other apps that use images and pdfs from NP Focus, and those
are fine. Two examples:
Mammoth Cave
<http://nps.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=d909327f71034f11be4dbe9453edf5cc>
Guilford Courthouse
<http://nps.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=935930fe2cce4ea882a081dde229cd6a>
As for the broken app, I can add NP Focus URLs and the images are
displayed. However, when I try the app from outside our network, the NP
Focus photos and thumbnails do not display. The images are public and two
people have confirmed that the links to the photos work from outside our
network. Example
<http://focus.nps.gov/assetdetail/701f6648-662a-40ad-8634-794261a7d8ab>.
I'm baffled as to why photos from two different public sources aren't
working in the app. This suggests to me that there is something on Esri's
side that has changed.
My only option at this point is to try uploading the images to AGOL. I
hope there's a batch upload option.
