Limitations of ArcView 10 with SDE???

I am under the understanding that an SDE geodatabase cannot be created with ArcView, only ArcEditor/Info.  But, I would like to know if there are further limitations beyond that - once the SDE is made (using Editor of Info) can ArcView 10 make the direct connection to it through ArcCatalog, load an SDE feature class in ArcMap, make edits to the layers, add new layers, etc....

Is there a good matrix chart comparing the licensing levels anywhere - haven't found one yet...?
